It is highly recommended that all clients thoroughly read all of our policies prior to booking. Please also view our FAQ page to answer your questions. By booking with Versatile Lens, you agree to our policies.

• Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick, have a cough, fever or flu like symptoms. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert us.

Location

•  All studio sessions are located in Astoria, NY unless discussed otherwise. 

• If interested in shooting in a studio list the location as (studio). Studio Fees are and additional $60 per hour.

• Address will be provided within confirmation of booking. If you're interested in booking a session in a different location, provide the address in the client form provided during booking. Please note that there is a travel fee associated with all events and on-location shoots.

 

Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for events.

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking for portrait sessions.

•  Your deposit goes toward your remaining balance. Final payments are due immediately after the service has been performed. Remainders can be paid via Invoice, credit/debit cards, cash, or Zelle.

Travel Fee

• Travel fees are dependent upon the actual location, once booked your travel fee will be emailed to you.

 

Turnaround Time

• All deliverables are sent within 5-7 business days from the date final edit selections are made unless discussed otherwise. Our turnaround time does not include weekends and holidays.

• Final edits do not apply to decor and event services.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of the services that we provide, under no circumstances can a refund be granted. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations ​

•  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible Any cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days will result in a $60 cancellation fee.

Project Posting

Versatile lens has the right to post any content created on our professional website and social media sites, such as Instagram and Facebook, for promotional purposes at ANY TIME.
